How to get the most out of the Advanced plan

Use various widgets to bring together your tasks, schedule, and frequently contacted teammates in one place. This makes accessing projects and managing work much easier. Check out the manual and build your own customized dashboard (recommended widgets are also included in the guide).

2. Customize your workflow with “Table 2.0” (View manual 👉)

Try advanced workflow features such as custom statuses, custom fields, and up to 5 levels of subtasks tailored to your team or company. With flexible customization and an intuitive UI/UX, you can easily visualize the entire project flow and collaborate more effectively with your team.

Save time by creating templates for recurring tasks or projects. Whether it is client communication, product development, or department-level collaboration, templates help streamline workflows and ensure consistent processes 👏

4. Automate workflows with Zapier (View manual 👉)

Automate repetitive tasks that were previously handled manually using Zapier.

Create a safer and more secure work environment with enhanced security features. Once configured by an administrator, these settings apply to all employees.

  • Step 1: Two-factor authentication (2FA)
    Add an extra layer of security by requiring verification via SMS or email during login, preventing unauthorized access.

  • Step 2: Document viewer watermark
    Apply watermarks when viewing documents to prevent external leakage. Even if a file is captured and shared, you can trace its source.

  • Step 3: Login / file download IP restrictions
    Restrict login and file downloads to specific IP addresses to better control access and enforce company security policies.
