Saving your organization/team's templates (Business Plus Exclusive)
You can create and save templates for repetitive workflows or customs of your organization/team. This will speed up the process of starting a new project that runs in similar manner.

1. Saving as a template
Click the three dots next to the project name and select Save as Template.

Tip
You can add a project with less than 50 posts to your team template list.


2. Template description
Add a short but concise description about what this template is for along with images and category.

(1) Template name
The template will be saved in My Team Templates with an original project's name automatically. If you want to add a project to your team's template list with another name, you need to change the name of the original project.

(2) Description (required)
Outline key information regarding the project - objective, purpose, task etc., for the members to quickly grasp what this project is about.

(3) Category (required)
You need to select a category when you are saving a project as your company/team's template list. Admins can add and edit the project categories.

(4) Images
You can add images that visually explain what the project is about along with descriptions.

3. Using your organization/team's self-made templates
50 posts from the original project will be saved in My Team Templates.
