Dashboard (Business+ Only)
Dashboard is a tool where you can easily view the information you need such as My Tasks, Events and Frequently Communicated Colleagues by utilizing various widgets. This tool will enable you to manage tasks and access to projects more efficiently.



1. Overall Layout

1) Status Display

The greeting will automatically change based on time of the day: morning, afternoon, or evening. Additionally, the profile’s status message will be displayed together and can be easily modified.

2) Screen Layout

The dashboard has three horizontal columns that allow you to arrange widgets. There are two sizes of widgets available: 1 x 1 and 2 x 1.

3) Settings

  • Dashboard Home screen settings:
    You can individually choose one of the two screens to use as your ‘Main Home Screen’: Dashboard or My Projects. It can either be changed through the ‘Settings’ button within the dashboard or by navigating to ‘Profile > Settings > Display Settings.’

  • Widget Settings:
    You can add your preferred widgets and change the dashboard’s background.

2. How to Utilize Widgets

1) How to set widgets

You can click on the ‘Widget Settings’ button in the top-right corner of the dashboard to change the background wallpaper or add widgets.

Tip!

For widgets that are only permitted for one post, if one has been already published, it will be grayed out.

2) Widget Instructions (Currently 13 provided)

  • Tasks I’m assigned to & Tasks I’ve assigned to others (Available in 2X1 size / Only one widget of each can be added) - Recommended👍

    The dashboard also displays tasks assigned to you or tasks you have requested. It serves as a helpful reminder, showing your tasks each time morningmate is launched. Only tasks with specified deadlines are displayed, and you can set filters based on the deadline to view tasks for today, this week, or this month.

  • My Projects (Available in 1X1, 2X1 size / Only one widget can be added) - Recommended👍

    A widget where you can view all the projects you are participating in, with the option of filtering by two criteria (Recently updated projects / Starred projects).

  • Project (Available in 1X1, 2X1 size / Multiple widgets can be added)

    You can add frequently used projects widgets, allowing you to see a list of recently registered posts and navigate directly to them. You can select/change the desired project by clicking the ‘Add’ or ☑️button.

  • Project Tasks Statistics (Available in 1X1 size / Multiple widgets can be added)

    You can register projects where tasks are primarily shared as widgets to review statistics and navigate to the project. The ‘Project Test Statistics’ can be based on either ‘All Tasks’ or ‘My Tasks’ within the project. Similarly, you can select/change the desired project by clicking the ‘Add’ or ☑️button.

  • Member (Available in 1X1, 2X1 size / Only one widget can be added)

    You can check the members of your company(team) in the dashboard by adding this widget. Members can be viewed and selected based on three criteria (All/Frequently collaborated/Recently collaborated). By setting it to ‘Frequently collaborated,’ you can easily select members for collaboration.

  • Notepad (Available in 1X1, 2X1 size / Multiple widgets can be added) - Recommended 👍

    You can take important information into the notes even without accessing the project. Your input is saved in real-time, and you can apply basic formatting (bold/italic/underline/strike through) to the text.


  • Event (Available in 2X1 size / Only one widget can be added)

    You can view the schedules grouped by date for the events in which you are registered as a participant. This enables you to manage your day without any schedules being omitted.


  • Files (Available in 1X1, 2X1 size / Multiple widgets can be added)

    You can register files from projects as widgets to easily view them. By connecting to projects that involve sharing numerous documents or attachments, you can easily search and retrieve files. You can select/change the desired project by clicking the ‘Add’ or ☑️button.


  • Unread notifications (Available in 1X1, 2X1 size, Only one widget can be added)

    You can also view the list of unread notifications, which you can see in the upper right corner of the platform, in the widget and navigate to the post.


  • Bookmarks (Available in 1X1, 2X1 size, Only one widget can be added)

    You can register bookmarked posts as widgets, allowing you to directly view them on the dashboard.

  • Mentioned (Available in 1X1, 2X1 size, Only one widget can be added)

    You can register posts(comments/articles) in which you are mentioned as widgets, enabling you to directly view them on the dashboard. Utilizing ‘Mentioned’ widget reduces the risk of missing important posts.

  • Chat room (Available in 1X1, 2X1 size, Only one widget can be added)

    Setting ‘Chat room’ as a widget enables you to easily access the most recent chat rooms or chat rooms that have been pinned to the top.


3. Additional Instructions

1) Added widgets can be deleted by clicking on the ‘View more > Remove Widget’ icon on the top-right corner.

2) Widgets that are available in two sizes, can be modified by selecting the ‘View more’ icon on the top-right corner.

3) You can rearrange the position of widgets by simply dragging them.
