November is just around the corner, and so are our latest updates!
As the season shifts, Morningmate is bringing fresh improvements to refresh your workspace and make teamwork even smoother and more intuitive.
Let's find out what kind of updates we have had recently!
1. (New) Public link for projects and posts
Morningmate has always made it easy to share and communicate with teammates — both inside and outside your organization.
But until now, sharing posts could be tricky if the other person didn’t have a Morningmate account.
You can now simply copy a unique link of any project or post and share it with anyone — no login or account required.
That means faster sharing, simpler access, and effortless teamwork.
Collaboration just got easier than ever. Voilà!
2. (Update) Improved project creation and participant log visibility
A) To enhance the customer experience, we’ve simplified the project creation process.
Previously, users had to choose between two options before creating a project. Now, that extra step has been removed — you’ll be taken directly to the project details page for a faster and smoother setup.
B) We’ve also improved how participant activity is displayed.
Before, all logs showing members joining or leaving a project were always visible.
To make project feeds clearer, you can now choose whether to display participant join logs or hide them for a cleaner view.
3. (Update) Keeping the task hierarchy structure
Before the task hierarchy update, the task structure often appeared confusing — applying filters would display only the tasks that matched the filter conditions, leaving out their main (parent) tasks. As a result, subtasks sometimes looked as if they belonged to unrelated main tasks.
To address this, we developed the “Show Hierarchy” option. When enabled, it preserves the overall task structure even when filters are applied, ensuring that all tasks remain clearly organized and easy to follow.
