Understanding the three types of projects (General vs. Company Public vs. Company Project)

Updated today

Projects are spaces where all work-related information and history are shared.
They can be freely created based on departments or specific work purposes.
All content shared within a project is only visible to its members.

1. General (private) project

A General project, also called a private project, can be created instantly by using the New Project button, and members can be invited freely.

Tip!

2. Company public project

A Company public project allows employees within your company to search for the project and request to join.

Tip!

  • Recommended for department-wide mandatory projects or club activities

  • Identified by a globe icon (🌐)

3. Company (All-member) project

A Company project automatically includes all employees in your organization upon creation. Therefore, company members cannot be removed unless the accounts are deactivated or deleted, and external users cannot be invited.

Due to these characteristics, only company administrators can create this type of project. New employees will also be automatically added to existing Company projects. (View how to create a Company project)
