In morningmate, there are two main features where your work productivity can be enhanced just by integrating your email account.

First, keep your inbox open at all times to follow up on new incoming emails.

Second, filter out only the necessary information and repetitive tasks using keywords!

1. Connect your Google account

To retrieve your emails and files from Gmail and Google Drive, you must first connect your Google account.

You can choose to integrate it using one of the three methods outlined below.

1) Connect Gmail in dashboard

Simply connect your account through the widget in the dashboard.

If you cannot find the Email widget, just access the "Widget Setting" and add it to your dashboard.

2) Connect Gmail for Keyword Organization

  • Connect directly through the project

① Access the project you want to add keywords to.

② Click "Keyword Integration" in the top-right corner and enter a keyword.

③ After adding a keyword, click on "Integration" below.

④ Integrate your account to access your Gmail inbox and Google Drive.

3) Connect through your Settings

By integrating Google Email through the Settings, you’ll gain access to both the Gmail widget in the dashboard, and email organization by keyword.

Tip!

Account integration with Google Workspace services is only available through the web and is not supported on the mobile app.

2. What features require integration with Google Email?

1) Google Email Widget in Dashboard

This integration streamlines communication by providing easy access to your emails alongside project progress, enhancing efficiency and keeping all essential information in one place.

2) Google email filter/organization by keywords

The keyword integration allows you to search and pin frequently searched keywords and automatically categorize emails based on those keywords.

With this feature, you can easily transfer (copy) email content into a post, making it quick and convenient to create and publish posts.

3. Disconnect or change account for a widget

To disconnect your account, go to your integration settings and remove the account from the service you wish to disconnect.

To switch accounts or reconnect, simply click 'Connect' in the settings or directly from the feature (widget or keyword).
