3) Manage and customize your desired widgets
A. Google Email widget
This integration streamlines communication by providing easy access to your emails alongside project progress and collaboration insights, enhancing efficiency and keeping all essential information in one place.
The list displayed in the Email widget is based on your "Inbox."
Emails received today will display the time they were received, while past emails will show only the received date.
If you select an email, it will open in a new tab, redirecting you to your Inbox on the Gmail platform.
The Email widget will display up to 30 emails.
Tip!
The red dot next to the email title will disappear only if you read the email through the widget. It will not disappear when viewed through the Gmail platform.
B. Google Drive widget
The Google Drive widget in the dashboard allows you to access and manage your recent or starred files directly within the platform, streamlining your workflow and saving time by keeping everything in one place.
Choose between the 'Recent' or 'Starred' file lists from your Google Drive.
The columns of the widget represent the title, creator, and last edited date of each file, respectively.
The Drive widget can display up to 30 files.
C. Google Calendar widget
The Google Calendar widget in the dashboard allows you to view your schedules, including any calendars you've subscribed to, without leaving the platform.
This integration helps you stay organized by providing a unified view of your appointments, deadlines, and events in one place.
You can view the exact same calendars you’ve subscribed to in Google Calendar.
20 schedules will be displayed in chronological order, regardless of the individual. For example, if you are subscribing to members A, B, and C, their events will be shown in a mixed format, ordered by time rather than by person.
Common Tips for All Three Widgets
You can add only one widget per type to the dashboard.
Click on the header of each widget to be directed to the platform.
2. Disconnect or change account for a widget
Access your integration settings and remove the account you wish to disconnect from the widget.
To switch or connect to the account again, simply click 'Connect' in the settings or directly within the widget.
