Project participants are divided into three types:
Project managers, who can manage posts and participants
Internals, who belong to your company
Externals, who are not part of your company

1. Participant categories
You can view participants by category: Project manager, external members, and internal members.
Project managers
The current project managers are displayed at the top of the participant list.
Tip!
There is no limit to the number of project managers that can be added to a project.
External members
These are participants who are not employees of your company. They may be from another company, such as collaborators or freelancers invited to join the project via an invitation link.
Internal members
These are participants registered as employees of your company.
2. Managing participants
Project managers can click the Members button at the top-right corner of the project screen to manage participants, including removing users or assigning additional managers.
Tip!
Participant management is only available to project managers.
Remove members
You can remove participants who were invited by mistake or are no longer part of the project.Assign managers
You can assign additional project managers. There is no limit to the number of managers.Approve participants (For projects requiring approval)
For projects that require manager's approval, project manager must review and decide whether to approve or reject new participant requests.
