If you have started a subscription with the Starter or Advanced plan and want to switch between the two, please click here. Please note that the old Business+ / Advanced plan is no longer be available from January 16, 2025 and April 23, 2025, respectively.
How to change your subscription
1. You can check your current plan by checking your profile, or accessing the customer portal in the admin console.
2. Access the 'Customer Portal' in the Admin Console menu.
3. Click on "Update subscription".
4. Click the plan you want to switch to and click "Continue". If you select the "Starter" plan, you must select the number of seats you want to purchase, based on your organization.
Tip!
Note that once you switch from the old Business+ Plan, you won't be able to revert to the original plan.
5. View the details to check the detailed calculation of the new billing.
6. Make sure your current plan is updated to either "Starter" or "Advanced," and that this change is reflected in your profile.
