How to change your subscription
1. Access the 'Customer Portal' in the Admin Console menu.
A. Upgrade your plan from "Starter" to "Pro Unlimited"
①: Click on "Update subscription".
②: Choose whether you want to pay monthly or yearly.
Tip!
Yearly subscription is billed as a one-time payment for the entire year.
③: Select "Pro Unlimited" from the given options.
④: Click "Continue" to move on to the last payment confirmation step.
⑤: View the details to check the detailed calculation of the new billing.
⑥: Note that your plan has been upgraded to "Pro Unlimited".
B. Downgrade your plan from "Pro Unlimited" to "Starter"
①: Click on "Update subscription".
②: Choose whether you want to pay monthly or yearly.
Tip!
Yearly subscription is billed as a one-time payment for the entire year.
③: Select "Pro Unlimited" and adjust the quantity (number of seats) based on your organization.
④: Click on "Continue" to move on to the last payment confirmation step.
⑤: View the details to check the detailed calculation of the new billing.
Tip!
The amount may change depending on the billing cycle and number of seats you chose in the previous step.
⑥: Note that your plan has been downgraded to "Starter" plan.
