1. What is a Dashboard Shortcut?

This feature allows users to add frequently visited websites as shortcuts in the morningmate dashboard. i.e., it serves as a gateway, allowing users to simply click on the shortcut icon to navigate directly to their desired site.

(Note: This feature is unavailable on mobile app)

Tip!

Your dashboard can accommodate up to 39 shortcuts, consisting of 19 personalized shortcuts and 20 default shortcuts provided by your company.

2. How to add a Shortcut

You can add a shortcut of your desired website by clicking the "Add Shortcut" button on your dashboard.

1) Add a Desired Website to the Shortcut Section
Enter the name and link of the desired website, then click the "Add" button to include it in the shortcut list.

2) Add Recommended Websites
When you click on a website recommended below, the name and link fields will be automatically filled in. If no further modifications are needed, click the "Add" button to add it to your shortcuts.

Tip!

  • The 10 recommended sites have been selected based on our customer survey.

  • App icons are automatically applied based on the information registered in Google, and therefore cannot be manually added or modified. For websites without a matching icon, it will be generated using the first letter of the website name.

3) Modifying/Removing Shortcuts
To edit or delete a shortcut, hover the mouse over the icon, and click the settings (3 dot) button.
When clicked, you can choose to "Edit" or "Delete."

4) Change Shortcut Order

If you want to change the order of the icons in the main dashboard, simply click and drag the icon to the desired position.


3. Admin Configuration: Register Common Shortcuts for All Employees

The admin can add common (default) shortcuts for all company employees (individual settings for each member is not available).

1) Set up
First, click on the "Admin" button at the bottom left to access the admin page, and navigate to the "Company Shortcuts" menu.

2) Company Shortcut Management Page
From this page, the admin can manage the company's common shortcuts.

To add a shortcut, click the "Add a shortcut" button.

  • How to Add a Common Shortcut
    Enter the name and link of the site you wish to add to the shortcut. You can choose to activate or deactivate each shortcut.

    • If activated, it will automatically be added to each of the employees' shortcut list.

    • If deactivated, it will be added to the company shortcut list, but not applied to the employees' shortcuts.

  • Manage Activation Status
    In the company shortcut list, you can manage the activation status or delete each shortcut.

  • Edit Company Shortcuts
    Admins can edit the name, link, or activation status of a common shortcut. Click on the link of the shortcut you want to edit, where a popup will appear allowing you to make the changes.

Tip!

Even if an employee deletes a default shortcut from their personal dashboard list, it will be automatically added again if the admin activates the status of that shortcut.
