Hello everyone! We are back with some new system updates once again.

Our Morningmate developers have been working hard on these new features. Although there has been a slight delay beyond the initial schedule, we believe the improvements will be well worth the wait, offering you better functionality, enhanced services, and a more robust platform.

Now, let's take a look at what kind of new features have been added in this update🫡

1. Built-in Translator

If you’ve ever encountered the challenges of communicating with a partner who speaks a different language, allow our translator to provide a seamless solution.

With a single click, you will receive an accurate translation of the context within seconds. Additionally, you can effortlessly revert to the original text with another click, without having to open a separate tab for translation.

The translator can not only translate posts, but it can also translate comments, replies, and chat messages.

2. Setting File Download Location in the Desktop App

In the PC app, you can choose whether to display the 'Save As' dialog (path selection popup) when downloading files. If you enable this option, a popup will appear each time you download a file, allowing you to specify the save location.

If you disable this option, the popup will not appear, and files will be saved directly to the designated path.

3. Member Sorting Order (Admin Console)

You may have wanted to view members in the organizational chart sorted by titles such as Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Staff, and Staff. Administrators can now customize the order in which members are displayed in the organizational chart.

In the 'Admin' > 'Member Management' > 'Bulk Add/Register Members' section, the member registration file format has been updated to include fields for 'Date of Joining' and 'Sort Order'. For detailed instructions on how to configure this, please refer to this guide.

4. Bulk Update Member Information (Admin Console)

Updating member information individually during the new year or large-scale personnel changes can be challenging. Now, administrators can update member information in bulk.

You can upload an Excel file with the updated member details via 'Admin Console' > 'Member Management' > 'Bulk Add/Register Members' to make these changes all at once.
