Not long after our update in June, we have another announcement regarding our feature updates :)

These are some major changes that many of our customers have been requesting and waiting for, and we are glad to be able to meet those needs.

Shall we take a look at what kind of changes have been made?

1. Sub-reply to post comments

You can now reply directly to a certain comment of a post. Before, all comments were posted on one thread, but now you can keep creating as many threads you want.

2. Mention members in chat

This was one of the most-requested VOCs among our customers! Mention and nudge your teammate in chat rooms to call his or her attention during the conversation.

3. Project Deletion

Wasn’t it a hassle having to erase all the posts one by one in the project to delete a project? Or didn’t it feel uncomfortable hiding a project from the list when you wanted to delete it forever?

You can now delete a project even if there are posts remaining and you can even restore them back from the removed list.
