morningmate x Gmail🎉
Keep your work communications moving forward by bringing emails into a morningmate project! If you're using Gmail, you can seamlessly connect it to morningmate by following steps.

1. Get Gmail Add-on

1) Open the side panel, and click the + menu.

2) Go to the 'Google Workspace Marketplace', to install the morningmate add-on to Gmail.

3) Click 'Install' and follow the instructions.

※ If you are unable to install the add-on, please contact your Google Workspace administrator for approval.

2. Use a Gmail add-on

1) After installing the add-on, click the morningmate icon in the right sidebar to connect your Gmail account to morningmate.



3. Create a Task
After finishing the integration, you can share or register your email to a morningmate task.

1) Add a New Task
You can see the title and content of the email, as well as attached files, are automatically included. Among these, the "Project" at the top is where you select the project for which you are registering the task, and you can assign the people by using "Assignees" menu below the description.

Note!
- You can edit the title and content before you upload.
- You can add assignees up to 30 people.

2) Add more options
You can add more options such as target dates, priority, and group.

Note!
- You must add a time if you select a specific date for the task.

3) Track the Task
After completing the task registration, clicking 'go to task' will directly navigate you to the task page registered in the morningmate.
