Project Insight✨

The insight feature allows you to easily access all the information needed for project management at a glance.

1. Insight Menu

When creating a project, the following widgets will be applied by default: task status overview, top 5 post users, top 5 chat users, and top 5 comment users. Note that any participant in the project can customize the necessary widgets!

Tip!

  • The insight tab is visible to all project participants, with the same widgets. If you change the title of a widget, it will be reflected to other participants as well.

  • Only Business+ plan users have the access to the Insight feature. Customers using the old “Business PRO” plan can also access the insight menu, but widgets other than the default ones cannot be added or changed.

2. Insight Widgets

A) Assignee management widgets

(1) Tasks by Assignee

Sometimes it's hard to determine who has an excessive workload or who can take on more tasks. Now, with the “Tasks by Assignee” widget, you can distribute tasks more efficiently.

(2) Overdue Tasks by Assignee

For tasks that are overdue but still pending, use the “Overdue Tasks by Assignee” widget to identify neglected tasks and provide feedback. Since this widget shows neglected tasks, you only need to check tasks in the requested/progress/feedback states, right?

(3) Average Task Processing Time by Assignee

This widget shows the average time it takes for a user to provide feedback or complete a task, based on the start date.

B) Weekly Task Management Widgets

(1) Weekly Task Increase Trend

Automatically counts tasks registered within the last 3 months by week, including those completed.

Tip!

Feedback/completed tasks are counted as the number of completed items.

(2) Tasks per Week

Check out the number of tasks registered by week in graph form. You can identify weeks with particularly high task counts and determine if there were any specific issues during those weeks, making it a useful widget for identifying trends.💡

Tip!

In the Weekly Task Increase Trend, tasks without an assignee are counted, whereas only tasks with assignees are reflected in the Task per Week widget.

(3) Average Weekly Task Requests/Completed Tasks

Shows the average number of task registrations (requests) and completions (feedback/completions) per week over the last 3 months.

C) Tasks per Group Widget

This widget displays task statuses per group within the project. Use it to see if there are any groups/tasks that require more attention.

D) Task Status Overview (Previous Task Report)

Displays task statuses for the entire duration or a specific period within the project. Check the status of ongoing project tasks and ensure there aren't backlogged tasks.

E) TOP5 Widgets

Find out who the top 5 most active employees are in the ongoing project with the three TOP5 widgets:

(1) TOP5 Chats: Top 5 individuals who have sent the most chats in the project within the last 3 months.

(2) TOP5 Posts: Top 5 individuals who have written the most posts within the project within the last 3 months.

(3) TOP5 Comments: Top 5 individuals who have written the most comments within the project within the last 3 months.

3. Additional Information

1) All widgets can be duplicated/deleted.

2) Depending on the widget type, you can modify settings, zoom-in/out, or change the widget size through the 'More' button.

3) All widgets can be renamed.

Tip!

  • You can customize a title of each widget in the 'More > Edit' menu.

  • Titles cannot be changed for the TOP5, Average Weekly Task requests/completed tasks, and Weekly Task Increase Trend widgets.

4) Clicking on the graph of the widget allows you to immediately check related tasks.

5) Feel free to leave feedback via the 'submit an idea' section regarding the Insight feature. 🙂
