To help you stay on top of important posts, you can use the Reminder feature for individual posts within a project. Set reminders for your preferred date and time so you never miss important tasks or updates.

Reminder notifications are sent only to the user who set the reminder. (It is a self-reminder system!)
1. How to set a reminder
You can set a reminder by clicking Reminder at the bottom of any Post, Task, Event, To-do, or Poll.
Choose from Today, Tomorrow, This Weekend, or Custom Date & Time. If you'd like to receive the reminder at a specific time, select Customize time and configure it as needed.
Tip!
The schedule will be synced and displayed in the mobile app as well.
2. Set a reminder based on a task due date
For task posts with a due date, you can also set reminders relative to the due date.
Choose a reminder timing from 1 day before up to 7 days before the due date, depending on when you'd like to start working on the task.
3. Check your reminders
When the scheduled reminder time arrives, the Reminder Bot will send you a chat notification.
You can open the related post directly from the chat message to review or take action immediately.
4. Edit or cancel a reminder
If you need to change or cancel a reminder, simply return to the same Reminder menu where it was originally set and update the settings as needed.
