Recurring Post (Available on Business+ plan)

Do you have recurring tasks or events? morningmate helps you stay on track of with your recurring tasks and events.

What is Recurring Post?
It allows you to automatically register the posts on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Note! - The feature applied to article, task(excluding subtasks), event, and to-dos but not to polls.


1. Recurring task

1) Register a Task
First, upload a task to transform into the recurring task.


2) Click on "Repeat"
After you register the task, locate the edit menu and select "Repeat".


3) Set recurrence
You can set the recurrence cycle of the post on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, and an end date.

(1) Repeat cycle: Choose how often you want to repeat.

(2) End date: Select when the repeats should end.

4) Advanced settings

(1) Timezone: You can set the base timezone. (The post will be repeated every 7:00 am)

(2) Task deadline: You can even set a specific deadlines for the task.

(3) Assignee: If you wish to assign the same person, enable this option.

Note! Specific deadline and the assignee option are only available in routine task.

2. Recurring event

1) Register an Event

Just like the recurring task above, you can first register the event that needs to be repeated, then click "Repeat"

2) Set recurrence
You can set the recurrence cycle of the event on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Note! If you set the recurrence cycle to every Thursday, for example, the event will be added every Thursday at 7am with the same event time.

3) Advanced settings
You can also set a base timezone.

4) Edit Recurrence
After setting the recurrence, you can also change the settings.

Go to the "Repeat" section on top of the project, select the event you want to change, and click the editing menu.

a. Edit: You can change the content, and the changes will be applied to the next repeated post.

b. Edit schedule: You can change the recurrence cycle.

c. End repeat: End the repeatition.

Note! Only authors and project managers can change the repeated contents.

3-1. Recurring events on Mobile
Go to the project room on mobile version, and select "Project information" at the top right. Then you'll find a "Repeat" menu. You can change the options of the recurring event here.
