AI Task Search
Without specific filters, AI can easily find the tasks you want.

1. AI Search

Please enter a word into the search bar so that AI can find it.

2. Check Applied Filters

You can check which filters have been applied to the AI search results at the bottom left.

3. Recent Searches
You can check the recent AI searches on the left side. You can edit or save them as your favorite filter.

Tip! When hovering over, you can find the "More" button which allows you to edit.

4. Voice Search on Mobile
You can not only enter a keyword, but also use voice search on mobile devices.

1) 'Tasks > Mic Icon'
Click the mic icon to enable voice search for AI.

2) Request to search
Speak your requests to AI.

3) Recent searches
You can also find recent searches. Click the icon in the top right corner.

✅ Additional Tips

1) Please enable "Expand all" before you search in PC.

2) You can search by organizations.
ex. Show me the design team's tasks for this month.

3) Use imperative sencences.
(X) What tasks are ongoing this week?
(O) Find out the tasks due this week.

Note!

1) It is difficult for AI to summarize search results.
ex. Summarize my tasks this week.

2) AI cannot understand project names in task searches.
ex. Search for tasks in '00 project'.

3) Please avoid using job title.
ex. (X) Please search my manager's tasks. → (O) Search 'John''s tasks.

4) AI cannot count specific numbers.
ex. Please search for 5 tasks only.
