You can enhance security by restricting login environments through IP allow listing and mobile app access controls. If you need to block access from unauthorized environments, we recommend using the features below.
📢 Note
The Login IP Settings feature is available only on the Advanced Plan.
1. Access the “Admin Console"
After logging in to Morningmate, select “Admin” at the bottom left of the screen to open the administrator page.
Tip!
The Admin menu is visible only to company Admins.
2. Go to “Security Settings → Login Security Settings”
In the Admin Console, navigate to Security Settings → Login Security Settings.
3. Enable login IP restrictions
When enabled, users can log in only from approved IP addresses. Logins from unapproved IPs will be blocked.
Click Add IP (①) to allow specific IP addresses and click Save (②).
Tip!
Sessions from unapproved IPs will be automatically logged out.
What happens if a user tries to log in from an unapproved IP?
A message saying “This IP address is not allowed for login.” will appear, and access will be denied.
4. Manage exception users
You can designate specific accounts that can log in regardless of IP restrictions. This is useful for cases such as business trips or remote work.
Tip!
To prevent lockout due to incorrect IP settings, we strongly recommend adding at least one admin account as an exception user.
1) Add exception users
Click “Add” at the bottom right of the exception user management screen (①).
Select users from your organization (②), then click “Add” to grant exception access (③).
2) Remove exception users
If an exception user was added by mistake, simply select the account and click “Delete” to remove it.
5. Restrict mobile app login
If you want to block access from mobile devices—even when IP restrictions are enabled—you can use the Mobile App Login Restriction feature.
Tip!
The mobile app is not affected by IP restrictions, so a separate setting is required.
*Mobile networks use dynamic IP addresses, so login control by specific IP is not possible.
