Screen capture protection settings

You can enhance security by enabling screen capture protection, which helps prevent unauthorized capture of images, documents, and files shared within your company’s Morningmate workspace.

1. Access “Admin Console → Prevent Screen Capture”

After logging in to Morningmate, click Admin Console at the bottom left to enter the admin page, then navigate to Prevent Screen Capture.

📢 Note

Please note that once screen capture protection is enabled, the “External Public Link” feature will not be available.

2. Restrict screen capture/recording on mobile devices

You can easily block screen capture and screen recording on mobile devices.
When this feature is enabled, employees will not be able to capture or record screens within the mobile app.

This feature is available only for the following plans:
① Advanced Plan
② Business Plus Plan (subscribed before April 2024)

3. Screen capture protection on iPhone (iOS)

When a screen capture is attempted on an iPhone (iOS), the captured image will appear as a black screen in the photo gallery.


The actual content will not be saved.

4. Screen capture protection on Android (AOS)

On Android devices (such as Galaxy), a message saying “Screenshots are not allowed in this app.” will appear, and the screen capture will be completely blocked.
