Preventing Screen Capture (Business+ only)
This feature empowers you to further strengthen the security of files shared within Morningmate by preventing screen capture and enabling watermark settings.
1. Restricting Screen Capture and Recording on Mobile Devices
You can now configure settings to block screen capture and recording on Android mobile devices. This feature enhances internal security measures, particularly for sensitive data such as work history or important files.
✔ Tip
Due to iOS security policies, the screen capture prevention feature is available exclusively on Android devices. However, iOS offers an additional functionality to review screen capture history.
When the restriction on Mobile Device Screen Capture and Recording is enabled, capturing is entirely disabled on Android devices (AOS).
On iOS devices, a log of screen capture history is maintained.
2. Setting Watermarks in File Document Viewer
To safeguard against potential file leaks through captures, you can now set up the watermark feature in the document viewer. When viewing files in the document viewer, a watermark will display the timestamp, username, and account information, providing traceability in case of any capture-related leaks.
