How to delete an account / workspace account (Members / Admins)

1) Deleting a member account (Non-admin)

A business account in Morningmate is registered under a company, so users cannot delete their accounts on their own.
To delete the account, you must contact your company admin and request account removal.

Tip!
Company admins can remove member accounts via:
Admin Console → Manage members

2) Deleting a company admin account

Admin users must first request another admin within the company to remove their admin permissions. (If there are no other admins in the company, you must first assign another user as an admin and then request account deletion through them.)

(2) Request to delete your account

If you wish to delete not only your account but all company members altogether, you must cancel your subscription from the payment details menu.

Tip!

If you are on the Free Plan, you will not have access to the payment details menu. In this case, please contact us at [email protected].

Accounts that require customer support assistance for deletion

The following accounts can only be deleted by contacting our customer support ([email protected]):

1) Accounts in free trial / expired trial accounts

If you signed up for a free trial and the trial period has expired, you must contact Customer Support to delete your account.

2) Accounts in companies with free or expired (no access) subscriptions

If you were using the free plan, or the company’s subscription has expired and access is no longer available, admins and members must contact Customer Support to proceed with account deletion.

3) If you are the only admin/user in your workspace

If you are the only user in the company and don't have another user to delete your account for you, please reach out to us.
