Why did my card payment fail?
There are several different reasons for payment failure.
Generally, most payments are declined by the card issuers, so call your credit card provider first and make sure that the transaction was not blocked or maxed out. Or, you can add another card or payment method:
From the top menu, select My Settings > Stripe Customer portal.
Select the change card information or add payment method.
Enter a new payment information and update them.
If we cannot process a payment, we will give you a 3 days’ grace period, and if the payment processing keeps failing, your account will be downgraded to the Basic plan (Free plan).
Upon identifying any payment issues, we will immediately get in touch with a company/team's Morningmate account admin.
