Our service operates primarily on a paid subscription model, with billing occurring in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are available on a monthly or yearly basis. To process your service subscription payment, it is necessary to provide valid payment information, including credit card numbers and billing address.

You may cancel your subscription either through yourself or by contacting us. Once your free trial comes to an end, you will be automatically downgraded to the basic plan.

Please keep in mind that once your account is downgraded to the Basic plan, your account will have limits to creating projects or storing/uploading files.

However, you have the flexibility to upgrade your account at any time according to your needs. (Refer to our Pricing for comparison of plans)

Refund requests for subscriptions are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please read our Payment Policy for detailed information regarding refunds and related matters.
