Enhance the security of your organization or team's valuable data by disabling the ability to capture screenshots within the mobile application.

✔ Tip
​Although blocking screenshots is only feasible for Android devices, we offer a feature for iPhone that enables you to view a list of all screenshot activities that have occurred, as per their security policy.

1. Admin console

Upon logging into Morningmate, access the Admin Console by selecting it at the bottom of the left-hand menu bar.

✔ Tip
Only admins within an organization have access to the Admin Console menu, where they can add or remove other admins.

2. Security Settings > Black app screenshots
To activate this feature, navigate to "Block app screenshots" under the "Security Settings" menu.

3. Activating Block App Screenshots
​To activate the "Block app screenshots" feature, simply toggle the switch to enable it. Once activated, the switch button will turn green and display an "Active" indicator in the left side menu. If someone attempts to take a screenshot on an Android device while this feature is active, a pop-up message will appear that says "Screenshots are not permitted according to your organization or team's security settings."
