As a company admin, you can view usage statistics to understand how actively your employees are using Morningmate’s features.
These insights help you track how teams collaborate, communicate, and participate in projects, allowing you to monitor engagement and encourage more effective use of the platform across your organization.
They can also serve as a reference when evaluating engagement in work-related activities.
1. Access the “Admin Console"
After logging in to Morningmate, select the Admin Console at the bottom left of the screen to move to the administrator page.
Tip!
The Admin Console is visible only to Admins of the company.
2. Go to the "Usage” menu
In the Statistics section, select “Usage”
3. Check usage statistics by user
You can see how many projects each user is participating in and how frequently they are using different features.
The measurable usage metrics include: Number of posts, comments chats, chat messages
4. Search for specific users
You can filter and view usage statistics for specific users by name, department, position, or account.
5. Excel Download
Usage statistics can also be downloaded through Excel Download.
After searching with the desired keyword, select Excel Download to export the data. The file can be used for internal sharing and reporting by topic.
