As a company admin, you can view statistics to understand how actively your employees are accessing Morningmate. These insights help you monitor overall engagement and identify how well the platform is being adopted across your organization.
They can also be used as a reference indicator when evaluating work-related engagement!
1. Access the “Admin” Console
After logging in to Morningmate, select “Admin” at the bottom left of the screen to navigate to the administrator page.
Tip!
The Admin Console button is visible only to company administrators.
2. Go to “Access Statistics”
From the Admin Console, go to the Statistics category and select Access.
3. Check total login activity by month or week
Click the Monthly tab at the top of the screen to view login activity for the past 6 months, or select the Weekly tab to view login activity for the past 10 weeks.
Also, you can hover your mouse over a point on the graph to see the exact data.
4. View detailed login statistics
You can check detailed login statistics by name, department, or position.
Enter a keyword in the search bar and click Search to view:
Logins by device type
Number of logins this month, week, day, and in total
Tip!
You can filter the data by selecting Active users or Inactive users to view only the statistics that match your desired conditions.
5. Excel download
Login statistics can be downloaded as a file using the Excel Download feature.
After searching with the desired keyword, select Excel Download to export the data. The file can then be used for internal sharing or reporting purposes.
