To check the usage of Morningmate by each member of your organization/team, navigate to the Statistics tab and select the Connection sub-menu. This will display the access frequency per month and week for each member.

✔ Tip
Statistics provide valuable insights into how frequently your organization/team members utilize Morningmate. By navigating to the 'Connection' tab, you can view monthly and weekly access frequency for each member. Analyzing these stats can help encourage more active platform usage among team members.

1. Admin console

Upon logging into Morningmate, access the Admin Console by selecting it at the bottom of the left-hand menu bar.

✔ Tip
Only admins within an organization have access to the Admin Console menu, where they can add or remove other admins.

2. Connection stats
​To view the connection statistics, simply click on the "Connections" under the Statistics section.

3. Connection stats per month/week/daily
​You can view connection statistics for the last six months when you select the Monthly option, and the last ten weeks when you choose the Weekly option. By hovering over the graph, you can see the exact usage of the platform.

​4. See connection stats in depth
​To view detailed connection statistics, you can sort the data by name, department, or position. Simply type in a keyword in the search bar to check the number of connections per device and week.

Customize the results you want to see by selecting either Active users or Inactive users.

  • Export to Excel
    ​    You can export the connection stats to an Excel file by typing in the relevant keywords in the search bar and clicking on the "Export to Excel" option. This can be helpful in generating weekly reports. Additionally, you can customize the results by selecting either Active or Inactive users.
