Company admins can view a list of all projects created by employees as well as the participants in each project.
As the number of projects increases, managing them effectively becomes more important.
1. Access the Admin console
After logging in to Morningmate, select Admin console at the bottom left to move to the administrator page.
Tip!
The Admin console menu is only visible and accessible to the adminis in your company. Admins can assign or remove additional admin roles. (See How to assign administrators)
2. Manage All Projects at once
Select Project Management from the Admin console to view a list of all created projects. You can also check the following information for each project:
Project manager
Number of participants
Number of posts, comments, chats
Number of event posts and task posts
Last activity date & created date
Tip!
The list includes all projects, including Company Public Projects and Company Projects.
Company Projects can also be viewed separately under Manage Company Projects, and Public Projects can be viewed under Manage Public Projects.
3. Find projects using the Search feature
Enter the project name in the search bar on the Project Management page to quickly find the project you are looking for.
Download project information with Excel
You can download the searched project list or the entire project list as an Excel file.
4. Edit project information
Select a specific project from the list to open the Project Information pop-up.
From there, you can:
Change the project name
Change the project manager
Update detailed project permissions
5. Manage public projects
In the Public project menu, you can view and manage only the Company Public Projects created within your company.
In this section, you can search for projects by project name only.
