Managing projects for your company/team

In your organization or team's business account, admins have access to a comprehensive list of all projects, including the participants involved in each project. As the number of projects increases, managing them effectively becomes more important. To do so, go to the Admin Console and select "All projects" under the Project Management section.

1. Admin console

Upon logging into Morningmate, access the Admin Console by selecting it at the bottom of the left-hand menu bar.

✔ Tip
Only admins within an organization have access to the Admin Console menu, where they can add or remove other admins.

2. Manage Projects
To manage your projects more effectively, access the Project Management section by going to the Admin Console. Here, you will find a comprehensive list of all projects, including their respective project managers, total number of participants, as well as the number of posts, comments, chats, events, and tasks associated with each project.

Tip
In the Project Management menu, admins can view all projects, including public and all-member projects. Additionally, public projects and all-member projects can be managed individually in the Public Projects and All-member Projects menus.

2. Search for a project
You can search for a project by typing its name or the date of its most recent activity in the search bar.

  • View all Active projects
    By selecting "Active" checkbox, you can view all the projects that were active during a selected period. This is helpful when you want to check the activity of a specific project along with the number of posts.

  • Export to Excel
    You have the option to export the search results as an Excel file.

3. Changing project information
To modify project details, simply select a project from the list and view its details in a popup screen. From here, you can change the project name, project managers, and item permissions. Click the Edit button to apply any changes.

4. Managing public projects
To manage public projects, navigate to the "Public Projects" menu where you can find a comprehensive list of all public projects. You can easily search for a specific project by entering its name in the search bar.
