Invite team members to your company (workspace)

Company admins can invite employees to join Morningmate directly.
You can either share your company’s unique URL created at signup or send an invitation via email :)

Tip!

The number of employees who join Morningmate as members of your company will be counted toward your monthly / per-seat pricing plan.

1. Invite members from the main page

On the Morningmate main page, select “Invite employees” in the lower-left corner.

Here you can:

  • Send invitations directly by entering the invitee’s email address

  • Copy your company’s URL and share it with employees so they can join

  • Invite members directly from your connected Google contacts

2. Invite members from the Admin page

Or, you can also invite new members from the Admin > Invite members menu.

From here, you can:

  • Share the dedicated company URL

  • Send invitation emails directly to employees

1) Go to Admin > Invite Employees


2) Send invitations via email

You can invite members by sharing the Team URL.

If someone is trying to join your workspace and requests the Team URL, share the subdomain (highlighted in green in the image) that appears before the main domain that was set up for your company.

3) Send invitations via email

You can invite members by entering their email addresses and sending invitations directly via email.

Tip!

  • When a user joins using an email invitation sent by a company admin, they can join immediately without an additional admin approval step.

  • If a user joins using an email invitation sent by a non-admin employee, the account will be activated after approval from a company admin.
