Integrate Zoom with Morningmate to host or join video meetings. With Zoom's free plan, you can host meetings with up to 100 participants for up to 40 minutes. This feature is useful for remote work or collaborating with external team members.

The available meeting features and participant limits depend on your Zoom subscription plan.
1. Download Zoom
Before hosting or joining a meeting, both the host and participants must install the Zoom Workplace desktop application.
2. Create a Zoom account
The meeting host must have a Zoom account.
If you do not have one, visit the Zoom website and click Sign Up, It's Free in the upper-right corner to create an account.
Tip!
Participants can join a meeting without a Zoom account. However, some Zoom plans or organization policies may require participants to sign in.
3. Connect Zoom with Morningmate
To use Zoom meetings in Morningmate, you must first connect your Zoom account.
Click your Profile in the upper-right corner of Morningmate.
Select Settings.
Open External service integrations.
Click Connect next to Zoom.
When you click Connect, the Zoom sign-in page will open.
Sign in to your Zoom account.
Review the requested permissions.
Click Allow to complete the integration.
📢Note
If you are using a Zoom Business or Enterprise account, your Zoom administrator may need to approve the integration before it can be used.
4. Disconnect or switch your Zoom account
To disconnect your currently connected Zoom account, click Disconnect.
If you want to use a different Zoom account, disconnect the current account first. Then click Connect again and sign in with the new account.
