Update your profile information and password

Easily edit the information registered in your profile or add details such as your department and job title.

1. Update profile information

Click your profile image in the top-right corner of the Morningmate main screen, then select My Settings to open the settings pop-up. Or you can also use the Edit profile option in your profile card.

Tip!

You can also indicate your work status by adding notes like “On Leave” or “Out of Office” next to your name, so your teammates can easily see your availability.

You can update your account information (such as name, contact details, and department) under Account Settings. Click the edit (✏️) icon next to each field to make changes.

Tip!

  • Your email address is a unique identifier used as your account ID and cannot be changed once created. If you would like to use a different email, please sign up again. To reuse the same email, please request account deletion first.

  • If your company uses an organizational chart, you cannot change your department. A company administrator must update it through the admin settings.

2. Change your password

Go to the Password section in the menu and click Reset Password (①) to change your password.

After verifying your current password, you can set a new one. Passwords must be 8–20 characters long and include letters, numbers, and special characters (②).

Tip!

Password changes are only available on PC (web browser or desktop app).

3. Update your mobile number

Simply update your mobile number in your profile. As no verification is required, please ensure the number entered is correct.
