Mini screen mode favorites: Easy access to your most-used chats and contacts

Easily access team members or chats you frequently use by adding them to your Favorites. Simply click on the Favorites option in the left side menu to view all your favorited items.

Adding a Favorite group
To add a new favorite group, simply click on the plus (+) icon located in the top right corner of the Favorites section and enter the name of the group you wish to create.

Adding members to a Favorite group
To add members to a Favorite group, right-click and select "Add members" option.

Modifying and deleting Favorite groups

To manage your Favorite groups, right-click on the group and choose from the options to either delete or rename it.

Add chats to Favorite
To add chats to your Favorites, simply right-click on the chat using your mouse and select the "Add to Favorites" option.

✔ Tip

If you have created a Favorite directly from a chat or a contact list, it is not possible to change its name.

2. Creating a chat or project for a Favorite group
To quickly invite all members of a Favorite group to a chat or project, simply create a new chat or project and select the group as the recipient. All members of the group will be invited automatically.

3. A list of projects
The list of projects you're currently involved in will be displayed.

  • Pinning projects to the top
    Pin important projects to the top of your list by clicking on the star icon. These starred projects will appear at the top of your project list in both full screen and mini screen mode.

3. Contacts/Organizational chart

  • Contacts
    You can view the contact information for all the internal and external members with whom you have previously worked.

  • Organizational chart
    Employee directory: View your organization's employees by division and easily access their contact information and job position."
