Customizing your push notification preferences
Updated over a year ago

In the push notification settings, you can choose to receive push notifications for three different scenarios. However, for the second and third scenarios, you need to have push notifications turned on in your settings.

1. Turning push notifications on and off
You can disable push notifications by accessing the "My Settings" menu.

2. Customizing push notifications by project
You can customize your push notification settings for each project based on the level of importance or relevance.

✔ Tip

"What does 'push notifications related to me' mean? It means you will only receive notifications that directly concern you, such as:

  • New comments or changes in a post that you created.

  • New comments or changes in a post where you left a comment.

  • New comments or changes in a post where you were @mentioned."

You can get push notifications for new comments:

  • Receive notifications for new comments added to a post you are involved in.

  • Receive notifications for new comments added to a post that you have created.

  • Receive notifications for new comments where you are @mentioned.

  • Setting notifications by project
To change the push notification settings for a specific project, navigate to the project and click the three dots located next to the project name. From there, select "Notifications" and choose the specific types of information that you want to receive push notifications for.

3. Setting specific hours and days for receiving notifications
If you don't want to receive notifications during weekends, vacations, or after work hours, you can turn on the "Do not disturb" feature in your "My Settings". This will prevent push notifications from popping up during the designated days or hours.
