You have the option to receive notifications for new messages either for individual chats or all chats. By turning on notifications for important or frequently used chats and disabling them for the rest, you can stay updated on what truly matters.
1. Chat notifications
To manage chat notifications, you can adjust the notification settings either in the chat list or under "My Settings".
Turn notifications on in a chat list
To turn on/off notifications for a chat, simply click the bell icon located at the top of the chat.
Turn notifications on in "My Settings"
You can change your chat notification settings by going to "My Settings" and clicking on the "Notifications" tab.
2. Customizing notification settings for individual chat rooms
To adjust your notification settings for a specific chat, click on the three dots in the chat and then click on the bell icon.
