To make your response clearer, you can reply to a specific message in a chat.

2. You can view the original message to which you have replied.

3. You can search for a specific work in the chat and pin or reply to that message directly. Use the button on the right side of the message to see the list of actions you can take.

4. You can also use the mention (@) function in the chat room to call for a required member. When you type an "@," a list of participants in the chat room will appear where you can select the person you want to mention.

Upon being mentioned, you will see an @ badge to notify and emphasize that you have been mentioned in that chat.

Tip!

  • Mentioning someone is a feature available only in group chats with three or more participants.

  • Regardless of your chat room notification settings (on/off), you will receive a push notification when mentioned. However, if the general push notifications and chat notifications in your settings are turned off, you won't receive any notifications.

  • You can mention all participants (@ALL) in the chat room.
