You can invite individuals or groups to participate in a chat from both within and outside your organization or team. To invite internal employees, you can search for them by name, department, or the last three digits of their phone number using the organizational chart feature. Please note that in order to use this feature, your organization/team must be utilizing the organizational chart feature. Your team's Morningmate admins have the authority to manage this through the Admin Console menu.

1. Inviting internal employees
​You can invite employees within your organization or team by searching for their names, departments, or phone numbers (e.g., the last three digits of their mobile number).

​2. Inviting external people
​Under the "External" tab, you have the option to invite individuals who are not part of your organization/team. However, please note that when you invite them from an organizational chart, you will only see a list of external people that you have previously worked with on Morningmate projects.

​3. Inviting a group
​You can invite a group that you've created using the desktop app's mini mode.
