You can initiate a new chat from the Chat page, or from the profile and participant list.

In a project, you can start a chat specifically for that project. |
1. Start a chat from Chat button
To initiate a chat, simply click on the "Chat" button located at the top right corner of the screen and select the individuals you wish to invite to the conversation.
2. Start a chat from an organizational chart
To start a chat from the Organizational Chart, click on the organizational chart icon located at the top right of the main page. From there, you can select participants by team or search for participants by their names or job positions.
3. Start a chat from profile
You can initiate a conversation from another person's profile page.
4. Start a chat from the participant list of a project
To initiate a conversation with a participant in a project, you can click on the speech bubble icon next to the name of the person you want to message in the participant list.
