Using the Calendar to see your schedule
Updated over a week ago

You can easily view all events for projects you are involved in by accessing the Calendar on the left side bar. You have the option to view your events by month, week, or day.

1. Two ways to view schedules

Calendar on the left side bar menu
The left sidebar calendar displays all events for the projects you are participating in.

✔ Tip
You can switch the menu displayed on the left side of the screen using the "Open" and "Close" filter buttons. From the opened menu, you can select schedule and task filters.

See the events related to a project.

2. Sort events and tasks
You can sort the events and tasks you want to see for a project by using filters.

Search by event title
You can search for an event by typing a word contained in its title in the search bar.

You can filter events using the following options:
- All: Displays all events and tasks from projects that I am involved in.
- My Events: Display only the events I've accepted.
- Hosted: Displays only the events I have created.
- None: Hide all events.

Filter tasks

- My tasks: Show only the tasks that have been assigned to me.
- Requested: Show all events that I have assigned to others.
- None: Hide all tasks and events.

✔ Tip

Access event and task posts
When you click on an event or task in the calendar, a corresponding post will appear on the right side of the screen. From here, you can leave comments for quick communication or click "Go to this project" to navigate to the relevant project.

3. Creating a new event in the calendar

✔ Tip
To add a new event to the calendar, you must do so directly from within a project. It's not possible to add a new event to the calendar using the left sidebar menu.
