With Event posts, you can share internal and external events—such as meetings, team dinners, and conferences—along with their details. All registered events can be viewed at a glance in the Calendar tab.

You can link Google Maps to share the exact meeting location with your team members.
1. Register an event
On the project feed, select Event to open the Create Post screen, where you can enter your event details.
① Title
Enter the event title in the "Enter a title." field. Titles can be up to 100 characters long.
② Date and time
Set the exact date and time for the event.
③ Attendees
Add team members who are participating in the project as attendees.
④ Location
Enter a location, and related places will appear in a list below. Selecting one of the suggested locations links it with Google Maps and displays the map in the event.
⑤ Video meeting
Click Add video meeting to create a meeting using either Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Before hosting a video meeting, you must first connect your preferred video conferencing service through the integration settings.
⑥ Reminder
Choose when to receive a reminder, from 10 minutes before up to 7 days before the event. Reminders are sent as mobile push notifications. n days before reminders are sent at 9:00 AM.
⑦ Content
Enter any additional information related to the event.
2. Respond to an event invitation
If you are invited to an event, you can indicate your attendance status by selecting Yes, No, or Maybe. For events you are attending, you'll receive reminder notifications at the scheduled time.
Tip!
Each attendee's response is indicated by a colored marker on their profile picture in the attendee list.
The colors match the attendance status: Green (Yes), red (Not going), and gray (Maybe).
3. View registered events in the calendar
Select the Calendar tab at the top of the project to view all registered events. For more information on viewing events in the calendar, refer to View all events.
