Click Task in a project to view all tasks. You can also see what tasks you are being assigned to in a project.

Tip

If you want to see all tasks that are relevant to you, go to Tasks on the left side menu bar from the main page.

1. Viewing tasks in a grid format
Viewing tasks in a grid format Under "All Tasks," you can see all the tasks assigned in every project you're involved in displayed in a grid format. You can customize the list items and their order as you wish. (Please note that the order of task names cannot be modified.)

  • Resizing columns as you like
    By hovering over a column and dragging it with your mouse, you can adjust the width of each column as you like.

  • Customize column order
    You can customize the order of columns by simply dragging and dropping each item. Keep in mind that the task name column order is fixed and cannot be changed.

  • Modify task information with one click
    You can quickly update task information like the title, progress status, due date, start date, and assignee with a single click. Simply click on the task title to edit it directly. To view the task details, click on "View Details" located on the right side.

+ By clicking on the task title, you can directly edit it, and by clicking on 'View Details' on the right side, you can view the task details.

  • Add subtasks with ease
    Hover over a parent task, and the 'Add Task' button appears. Click on it to effortlessly add subtasks.

2. Filter tasks for easy viewing

Use filters to see only the tasks that meet your desired criteria. Choose the conditions you want by task type, progress status, priority, start date, and due date, and view tasks intuitively.

Tip

You can also manage your tasks without missing any by using the following three filters: task type: My Tasks, status: Request and Progress, due date: Today and This Week.

3. Customize item settings
Click on the 'Settings' button located in the top right corner of the all-tasks screen to enable or disable items that you want to view in the all-tasks view. You can also change the order of the items in the settings.

4. Group tasks based on characteristics

Create a 'group' based on the characteristics or stages of the tasks or by assignee, and manage each task by grouping them together.

Note: creating a new group is only possible in the 'Task' tab within the project.

5. Add tasks with ease
You can add tasks directly in the project's 'Task' menu.

Note: the 'Add Task' feature is not available in the 'Tasks' menu on the left-hand side bar.

6. Download task lists in Excel format

You can download the entire task list in an Excel format and view it. Simply click on the 'Download' button located in the top right corner of the all-tasks view to download it immediately.

Note: only the task list that meets the selected filter criteria will be downloaded.

  • Task lists are generated based on groups.

  • All task-related information, such as title, body, status, and assignee, can be extracted.

  • For subtasks, you can view the linked parent task in the parent task column.
