A Gantt chart is a project management tool that visually represents the timeline of a project, outlining the start and end dates of project tasks.
Sort and filter tasks
You can easily sort and filter tasks on the left sidebar to see only the tasks you need. With the filters, you can sort tasks based on criteria such as My Tasks (tasks assigned to you), Requested (tasks you've assigned to others), progress status, priority, start and due dates. Selecting All shows the workflows of all ongoing tasks that are relevant to you.Gantt chart display
To realign the Gantt chart with the current date, click on the "Today" button located at the top right corner of the screen. This is useful if you have been scrolling through past or future tasks and need to quickly return to the present day.Adding a group / task
- Organize tasks by type/assignee with a group: Simply add a group to categorize your tasks.
- Add tasks directly from the Gantt chart: Save time by adding tasks directly from the Gantt chart instead of having to navigate to a project to create them.
Settings
In the Settings, you can customize how information is displayed using filters. By default, the task name, assignee, progress status, start and end dates are shown. However, you can always modify these settings to display the information that's most relevant to you.

Tasks should have start and end dates to create a bar in the gantt chart.
To show a bar for a task in the gantt chart, it's important to set start and end dates for the task. If you don't see a bar for a particular task, make sure to add the dates by accessing the task list on the left-hand side of the screen. This way, you can easily set the start and due dates for the task.
Simply drag the bar left or right to change the task's start and due dates.
Changing task order within a group
If you need to change the order of tasks within a group, simply click and drag the icon on the left to a new position.
Adding groups
To organize tasks by assignee and topic, you can add groups. Simply click "Add group" at the top right, enter the group name, and press Enter to create it.
Adding parent tasks/subtasks directly
You can add parent tasks and subtasks to the gantt chart directly while viewing it, without needing to navigate to a specific project or task list.
- You can add a task directly from the task group by clicking on the "Add task" button.
- To add a subtask, click on the parent task and then click on "Add task" to create the subtask directly.
