The 'Tasks' menu, located on the left side menu bar, or 'Task' within the project offer a simple yet comprehensive view of all the tasks you are involved in. With this feature, you can easily manage your tasks by viewing and modifying their details, adding new tasks, editing existing items, rearranging columns, and editing existing items. This allows for a streamlined and efficient approach to task management.

1. Managing tasks in an Excel grid like list view
You can manage your tasks using a grid-like list view that resembles an Excel spreadsheet. This feature allows you to view all the tasks you are involved in and quickly change the task order as needed.

  • Adjust the column width
    To adjust your column width, simply drag and drop the columns to your desired size.

    To modify the column order, simply drag the column and move it to your desired location.

  • Edit tasks with minimal clicks
    You can quickly modify task details, such as the title, progress status, due date, and assignee, with just a single click. This provides the fastest method for editing a task and informing other members of any changes.

+ By clicking on the title of a task, you can make changes, and by clicking on 'View more,' you can access the corresponding post.

  • Instantly add subtasks with one click
    To add a subtask quickly and easily, hover your mouse over a task in the list, and click on the 'Add subtask' button that appears.

2. Sort and filter tasks
You can sort and filter tasks by various criteria, such as assigned tasks (assigned by you and to you by others), progress status, priority, and start and due dates. This enables you to quickly access a list of tasks that you need at your fingertips.

To manage your tasks and ensure timely completion, you can utilize various features such as 'Type: My tasks,' 'Status: Request and Progress,' and 'Due date: Today.' These features enable you to easily filter and sort your tasks according to priority and keep track of the progress and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

3. Column Settings
In the 'Column Settings' feature, you can click on the wheel icon located at the top right corner of the screen to choose which information you want to display or hide. Additionally, you can modify the column order from this menu.

4. Grouping tasks into categories (Only in the 'Task' tab within the project)
With the grouping feature in the 'Task' section of a project, you can categorize your tasks according to type, progress status, or assignee. This allows for easier task management and organization. It is important to note that grouping is only available in the 'Task' section within a project.

5. Adding a task (Only in the 'Task' tab within the project)
To add a new task, simply go to the 'Task' section of a project and click on the 'Add Task' button. It's important to note that adding tasks is only possible in the 'Task' section within a project and cannot be done from the 'Tasks' option on the left side menu bar.

6. Downloading a list of tasks in Excel format
To download a list of your tasks in Excel format, simply click on the download icon located in the top right corner of the screen. Please note that only tasks that match the applied filters will be downloaded.

In the downloaded Excel file, tasks will be organized and displayed by project or group, and all relevant information can be included, such as task title, contents, status, and assignees depending on the filters you have applied. All subtasks will be listed under their corresponding parent task.
