Here is a guide on how to effectively utilize the 'Task' feature to properly follow up on tasks.

1. Change the task status
To streamline communication and keep everyone informed of progress, it's advisable to update the task status as work advances, which can reduce the need for multiple communication steps.

  • Tracking the progress of tasks with 5 statuses
You can tailor the progress tracking process for your team by customizing the five given statuses - Request, Progress, Feedback, Complete, and Hold - to best suit your team's needs.

2. Updating the progress status with completion rate
You can communicate the progress status in terms of a completion rate, which can be represented as a percentage. The percentage can be adjusted by increments of 10%.

3. Keep the history of all the modifications made to the post in the comments section
The comments section automatically documents any modifications or updates made to the post features. You can use the comments section to add more information and updates on the task's progress, and keep this data securely stored for future reference.

4. View all tasks in a list
You have the option to view all of the tasks you are engaged in, in a single location or list.
