With the Poll feature, you can easily gather team members' opinions on a variety of topics, from something as simple as choosing a lunch menu to more important decisions such as company policies. Simply create a Poll and let your team vote on the options.
1. There are two ways to create a poll:
Text-based poll
Use this format to gather opinions on topics such as venue, policy, project concept, and more.

Dates
You can create a poll in the "Dates" form when you need to decide on a date for an event, such as a team dinner, meeting, workshop, and so on.
2. Here are some conditions you can set for your polls:
Closing time: Choose a time when the poll will automatically close.
Multiple voting: Allow voters to select more than one option.
Anonymous voting: Keep voters and their responses anonymous (cannot be changed after the poll is created).
Anyone can add options: Let participants add more voting items to the poll.
Hidden poll: Only the poll creator can see the results, including the answers and participants for each option.
Show results:
Live: Results are shown in real-time while the voting is ongoing.
After voting: The results will be displayed when all answers are collected and the poll has ended.
3. See who has voted and who hasn't
To see who has and hasn't voted, click on the number of participants in the Poll. However, keep in mind that if Anonymous voting is enabled, the poll won't show this information.

You can send notifications to remind those who haven't voted to participate in a poll and share their opinions. |
4. More about the Poll
The Poll feature is only available to project participants.
Once a Poll has ended, it cannot be resumed or edited.
Options and settings cannot be modified once voting has closed.
If someone has already voted, you cannot change the poll type or options.
A maximum of 50 options can be included in a Poll.
