From choosing a lunch menu to making important company decisions, use Poll posts to quickly and easily collect feedback from your team.
1. Create a poll
You can create a poll in one of the following ways.
1) Text options
Use Text options to collect opinions on open-ended choices, such as menus, company policies, or content.
You can also select the Image icon next to each option to add a related image.
2) Date options
Use Date options when you need to decide on a date for an event, such as a team dinner, meeting, or workshop.
2. Configure poll options
① Poll end date
The poll automatically closes on the specified end date.
② Multiple choice
Allows participants to select more than one option.
③ Anonymous poll
Hides who voted and which option each participant selected.
After an anonymous poll is created, this setting can't be changed.
④ Allow participants to add options
Allows anyone in the project to add new poll options.
⑤ Show results only to me
Only the poll creator can view the results, including vote counts and participant information.
⑥ Result visibility
Choose when poll results become visible.
Real-time – Results are updated and displayed as votes are submitted.
After the poll ends – Results are available only after the poll has closed.
3. View poll participation
Select XX votes at the corner of the poll to see who has voted and who hasn't.
Anonymous polls don't display participant information.
Tip!
You can send a reminder to participants who haven't voted yet. They receive a notification encouraging them to participate.
Only project members can vote in a poll.
A poll can't be reopened after it has ended, and the options in a closed poll can't be edited.
After someone has voted, you can't change the poll options or the poll type (Text or Date).
You can add up to 50 poll options.
