Organize Posts by Topic with Hashtags

You can use hashtags (#) to categorize posts within a project. This is especially useful when a project contains posts on a variety of topics. Up to 100 hashtags can be registered per project.

1. Using hashtags

To add a hashtag, type # followed by a keyword and press the space bar. Once the hashtag is registered, the text will change in color and style to indicate that it has been applied.

If a hashtag has already been used in the project, simply type # to view a list of existing hashtags and select one from the suggestions.

Tip!

You can filter posts by category or task within the project using hashtags such as #Announcement, #Meetingnotes, #Accounts.

2. View posts by hashtag

All hashtags used in a project can be viewed at the top of the project page. Click any hashtag to see only the posts associated with that tag.

Hashtags are a great way to organize content in projects where multiple topics are shared, such as announcements, resource libraries, study groups, or product development projects. 👏
