How to create a general 'Article' post

An Article allows you to enter text and share images or files. It can be used to share information with team members or make announcements.

1. Getting started with a post

Select Article from the project home screen to open the 'Article Edit' popup. Enter a title and content, then click Register to publish it.

  • Enter a Title

    Enter the title of the post.

  • Enter Content

    Enter the content of the post. Content is required to create a post.

2. Post Options (Formatting, Link Preview, File Attachments, Hashtags, and Mentions)

When creating a post, you can customize text formatting, attach files, set visibility permissions, and use other options to enhance your content.

1) AI Post Generator

Quickly generate commonly used content types such as meeting notes, weekly reports, and business plans with AI. (Learn more about how to use the AI template generator)

2) Text Formatting

Customize the formatting of your text as needed. Select text to display formatting options such as Bold, Italic, Underline, and Strikethrough.

3) Link Preview

When you enter a URL, a link preview is automatically generated below the content. You can drag and reposition the preview. To remove it, click the Trash icon in the upper-right corner of the preview.

4) Attach Files

5) Hashtags (#)

Type a word immediately after the '#' symbol and press the Spacebar to create a hashtag. Learn more about how to create a hashtag.

6) User Mentions (@)

Type @ followed by the name of another participant in the current project to mention them. Learn more about how to mention people in the posts and comments.

Tip!
Enter @ALL to mention all participants in the project.

3. Set Post Visibility

You can set the visibility of your post according to your needs, such as Anyone with the Link or Project Admins Only.

4. Edit a Post

You can edit a published post from the More (⋮) menu in the upper-right corner of the post. Select More (⋮) → Edit to modify the content.

Tip!

By default, only the author of the post can edit it. However, if the project's Edit/Delete Permission setting is configured as Everyone, other participants can also edit the post.
