Minimize the Post Editor & Change Projects

You can minimize the post editor while writing a post within a project. You can also change the project where the post will be published or save your draft without leaving the editor.

1. Minimize and restore the post editor

While writing a post, you can minimize the editor whenever needed. If you need to check another task or refer to other information, simply click the Minimize (-) button in the upper-right corner of the editor. (You can even navigate to another project while the editor is minimized.)

To continue writing, click the Maximize [⤢] button to restore the minimized editor.

  • Want to minimize multiple posts at the same time?

Use the Save Draft feature to minimize multiple post editors simultaneously. Save each post as a draft, then continue working on other posts without losing your progress.

2. Select or Change the Project for Your Post

You can select or change the project where your post will be published, even while you are writing it.

Whether you accidentally selected the wrong project or simply want to capture an idea without navigating to another project first, you can now switch the destination project directly from the post editor.
